About Crescent Sonterra POA

Crescent Sonterra POA is located in the Oaks of Sonterra.  This homeowners association is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the community pool and greenbelt.  The association is managed by an elected board of directors. Each director serves for a term of two years.

 

The association has contracted with "Spectrum Association Management" to assist in the operation and management of the association.

Please Note:  Homeowners in this community also belong to the "Sonterra" and "Stone Oak" POAs.  These associations are responsible for managing additional community resources and responsibilities.
